FAQs

Who are you?

I’m a Floridian, cyclist, and Latino.

What excites you about UX research?

It’s a great combination of my past experiences (i.e., teaching, learning, strategy). Most of all, I get excited about offering qualitative evidence in engineering- and data-heavy spaces.

Centering the user’s voice fosters a vital awareness of how things really work (i.e., both the “ow” and “wow” of the human experience)!

What kind of work did you do before?

I taught in Madrid, did strategy at nonprofits, played classical guitar.
